With arms relaxed at your side, measure the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape flat and parallel with floor.

WAIST:

Measure your natural waistline at narrowest, between your ribs and hips.

HIPS:

With your feet hip width apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips.

INSEAM:

Measure the inside length of your leg from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle.
