How to Measure
Chest
With arms relaxed at your side, measure the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape flat and parallel with the floor.
Waist
Measure your natural waistline at its narrowest, between your ribs and hips.
Hips
With your feet hip width apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inseam
Measure the inside length of your leg from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle.
